Spanish Potatoes

   Boil potatoes.

   Cool and peel.

   Cut into 1/2-inch thick round slices.

   Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

   Coat the bottom and sides of a shallow 2-inch baking dish with butter. Arrange a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom and spread with mayonnaise combination.

   Repeat and top with another layer of spread.

   Bake in a 375u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until all cheese topping melts.
