SPAM Sliders

   Use the grinder attachment on a stand mixer to grind the beautifully pressed can of SPAM (if you dont have the grinder you can use the beater for this).

   Once SPAM is ground, add the panko, egg, onion, salt, and pepper then form them into patties.

   Place the SPAM patties on a flattop or in a saute pan and sear until golden brown on each side.

4. 4

   Serve each patty sandwiched in one of the rolls.
