Spaghettini With Basil and Strands of Lemon Zest

   Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

   Cook spaghettini until al dente.

   Meanwhile place the olive oil and garlic in a large saute pan.

   Over low heat, warm the garlic for 3-4 minutes.

   Toss in the basil and stir gently to coat the leaves.

   Drain the spaghettini and toss gently with the basil and olive oil.

7. 7

   Sprinkle with the lemon zest and stir once or twice before serving.
