Spaghetti with Spicy Mentaiko

   Place a large pot of salted water over high heat and bring to a boil.

   Add the spaghetti and cook, following package instructions.

   Drain well and set aside.

   Heat a saute pan over medium heat.

   Add the butter.

   When the butter melts, stir in the mentaiko and cook for 30 seconds, then add the spaghetti and mayonnaise.

   Stirring constantly, cook until all the ingredients are well combined, 1 to 2 minutes.

   Mix in the obha leaves, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.

   To serve, divide the pasta among 4 plates and garnish with the nori.
