1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb. spaghetti, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Lightly brown hamburger, onions and green pepper in shortening.

Add and heat rest of ingredients, except for 1/2 cup cheese, including cooked spaghetti.

Mix well. Place in casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup sharp cheese.
