Spaghetti Sauce

   Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet.

   I use an electric skillet for this.

   Add garlic after a couple of minutes, so it doesn't burn.

   Drain grease from meat mixture and return to skillet.

   Add remaining ingredients, crushing leaves before adding to skillet.

   (Add water to the empty cans of tomato sauce before adding to skillet, this way you get all the sauce out of the cans.

   Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for at least 2 hours.

   Add more water if it gets too thick, or uncover if it isn't thick enough.

    Serve over spaghetti noodles.
