Worcestershire sauce; 1 small onion, finely chopped; 1 tsp. dried oregano; 1/2 tsp. dried basil

Servings: persons

1 lb. roll sausage
1 small can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 large carrot, grated or finely chopped
1 rib celery, grated or finely chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil

Add 1/4 cup water to carrots and celery.

Microwave 2 to 3 minutes until softened.

Saute onions and garlic in oil.
