Spaghetti Sauce – a delicious recipe with ground meat, onion, Italian tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaf. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 lb. ground meat
1 large onion
1 large can Italian tomatoes
1 large tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Brown meat and onion together. Add tomatoes, sauce, paste and all other ingredients except mushrooms. Let simmer for about 1 hour. Near end of cooking time, add mushrooms. Makes enough sauce for about 1/2 pound of cooked spaghetti.
