1 large onion, diced
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. stock or water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
other spices to taste
4 Tbsp. flour

Fry meat with onion in small amount olive oil.
