Servings: persons

1 lb. lean beef
1 medium onion
1 medium clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. olive oil
1 stalk celery
1/2 pod sweet pepper

Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and tomato paste. Simmer slowly until meat is in shreds.
