1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
