1 white onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup ketchup
½ cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
⅛ teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
6 hamburger buns, toasted

In a pot, place chicken.

Fill with water until chicken is covered by 2 inches.

Bring to boil and reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Shred chicken into small pieces; set aside.

Add garlic and onion and saute until tender.
