1 Tbsp. thyme
2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. cream
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
clarified butter or margarine

Heat butter in medium skillet.

Saute lightly.
