Sourdough Bread Starter

   Combine yeast and warm water.

   Stir until dissolved.

   Add rest of ingredients.

   Mix well.

   Let stand at room temperature loosely covered, 8 hours or more until bubbly and smells yeasty.

   Then put in refrigerator about 3-4 days.

   Then feed.
