Sour Cream Muffins

   Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.

   Combine egg, sour cream and cooking oil.

   Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients all at once.

   Mix only until all ingredients are moist.

   Fill well greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
