Sour Cream Enchiladas – a delicious recipe with sausage, hamburger, onion, green chilies, black olives, cream of chicken soup. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 small can green chilies
1 small can chopped black olives
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
tortillas
Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and hamburger.

Drain.

Add onions, chilies, soups and sour cream.

Spray pan with oil.

Layer with tortillas and meat mixture.

Top with olives and cheese.

Layer 3-inches deep.

Heat in oven at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes.
