Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

   Boil or bake chicken; pull off bones.

   Mix first 4 ingredients together for sauce.

   Place chicken in tortillas and 2 tablespoons of sauce.

   Add a little bit of cheese.

   Roll up and place in pan. Pour rest of sauce over enchiladas and bake 30 minutes at 350u00b0.
