"Souper" Chuck Roast

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Place a large piece of heavy duty foil in a 9 x 11-inch baking pan.

   Place roast in foil and sprinkle dry onion soup mix on roast.

   Then, spoon both cans of cream soup onto dry onion soup mix.

   Wrap foil around roast tightly.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour per pound of meat.
