Ingredients: 500 grams lean Turkey mince; 1/2 cup breadcrumbs; 1/2 cup milk; 4 bacon rashers, cooked, cooled and chopped.; 100 grams grated cheese; 1 tsp chili powder; 2 tsp garlic paste; 1 tsp mixed herbs; 1 egg; 1 can chopped tomatoes; 1/2 vegetable stock cube; 1 tsp garlic puree; 1 tsp mixed herbs; 1 Finely chopped cooked onion

Servings: persons

500 grams lean Turkey mince
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
4 bacon rashers, cooked, cooled and chopped.
100 grams grated cheese
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 egg
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 vegetable stock cube
1 tsp garlic puree
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 Finely chopped cooked onion

Preheat oven to 180C.

Mix milk and breadcrumbs, and leave for 5 minutes.

Add the rest of your meatball ingredients and mix gently.

Shape into balls - you should be able to get 5 or 6 per portion.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until they start to turn golden.

For the sauce: Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat.

I like to blend mine to make it smooth, but that's up to you.

Add your cooked meatballs to your sauce, and heat gently for a further 10 minutes.

Serve with pasta and enjoy!
