Sopapia Cheesecake

   preheat oven to 350

   spray 8x8 pan with grease or butter

   mix 1 1/3 cup of sugar, cream cheese , and vanilla together in a bowl (with a mixer) until blended

   take verdant rolls, unrolled onto cutting board and cut in half (short ways)

   spread cream cheese mixture over first layer of verdant rolls in the pan

   layer 2nd cresant roll

   melt butter in microwave and pour over the layers

   sprinkle 2nd 1/3 cup of sugar over butter

   add desired amount of cinnamon over the top

    back until bottom cresant roll is golden brown
