Soft Sugar cookies

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

   In a large bowl combine sour cream, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

   Mix well.

   Add flour and mix until blended.

   Scoop out teaspoons of dough and roll into balls.

   (I lightly flour my hands as the dough is sticky).

   Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake 8 minutes: they will look under done.

   Remove from sheet and place on a rack to cool completely.

    Frost with your favorite frosting.
