1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 Large eggs
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins
3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; then set aside.

Combine butter (butter), the sugars and pudding mix and beat till smooth.
