Soft Cutlet Sticks with Pork Chunks

   Prepare the flour on a flat container or tray, and the panko in a bowl.

   Beat the eggs.

   Lightly salt and pepper the pork.

   Put about 1 handful of meat onto skewers.

   Squeeze well - it should look something like this.

   Dredge with flour, egg, and panko in order.

   Make sure to coat well with flour and panko!
