Soft Boiled Eggs

   Place eggs in a small pot and cover with water.

   Bring to a boil over high heat.

   Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and put the lid on.

   Let the eggs sit for 3 minutes.

   Place the eggs in egg cups and serve with salt.
