In a large bowl mix together cake mix, sour cream, oil, sugar, water and eggs. Mix until smooth and set aside.

In a medium sized bowl mix walnuts, brown sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla until well combined.

Pour half of the cake batter mixture into a greased bundt pan then add the nut mixture in an even layer over the top. Then add the rest of the cake mixture and smooth the top. Put it into the oven and bake for 55 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and allow to cool before glazing.

For the glaze: Into a small bowl add confectioners' sugar, vanilla, melted butter, and milk. Mix well then drizzle over cool cake.
