   In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until mixture forms a sticky dough.

   In a deep skillet, heat 1-inch of cooking oil to 375u00b0.

   Drop batter by teaspoonfuls a few at a time into hot oil.

   Fry until browned.

   Drain on paper toweling.
