Snow Peas and Feta With Orange Vinaigrette

   Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil.

   Add snow peas and red pepper strips until brightly colored, about 1 minute.

   Drain and rinse under cold temperature if not serving immediately.

   Whisk together olive oil, orange juice, mustard and salt.

5. 5

   Stir in the feta and and toss with snow peas.

6. 6

   Serve room temperature or chilled.
