   With wooden spoon cream butter, shortening, and sugar until smooth.

   add eggs and mix until well blended.

   In a different bowl, sift flour cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt then resift.

   Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stir until it is dough.

   Shape into 1?

   Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture
