Smoky Quiche Recipe

   Prick bottom and sides of pie shell, bake at 450 degrees for 6 min.

   Saute/fry bacon and onion in skillet till brown.

   Drain well.

   Sprinkle proportionately in pie shell.

   Sprinkle on a layer of cheese.

   Set aside.

   Combine Large eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, mixing well.

   Pour over cheese layer.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
