Ingredients: 100 grams Cake flour; 1 tbsp Baking powder; 1 dash Salt; 2 Eggs; 100 ml Milk; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 40 grams Grated cheese; 100 grams Smoked salmon; 1 Shimeji, King Oyster, Button Mushrooms, your choice; 1 Red, yellow, or orange bell pepper; 1/4 Onion; 1 Thyme; 50 grams Mozzarella, cottage cheese, etc.

1 tbsp Baking powder
1 dash Salt
2 Eggs
100 ml Milk
1 tbsp Olive oil
40 grams Grated cheese
100 grams Smoked salmon
1 Shimeji, King Oyster, Button Mushrooms, your choice
1 Red, yellow, or orange bell pepper
1/4 Onion
1 Thyme
50 grams Mozzarella, cottage cheese, etc.

Prepare the ingredients.

Put a small amount of vegetable oil in the frying pan and saute the onion until tender.

Add the mushrooms and peppers.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.
