Small Hungarian Pastries

   Mix flour, sugar, butter and salt like pie crust, then add egg yolks, sour cream and milk; knead well.

   Roll out about 1/8-inch thick and cut into small squares.

   Put a small amount of filling in center, then fold 2 corners on top, overlapping.

   Brush with egg wash.

   Bake in preheated 400u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
