Small Chocolate Pie

   Heat milk in double boiler.

   Beat eggs; add dry ingredients a small amount at a time and mix thoroughly.

   Add to heated milk; cook until thickened.

   Take off heat; add chips, butter and vanilla.

   Have ready small baked pie crust.

   Beat remaining egg whites (1 additional egg white will make more meringue); add 1 tablespoon sugar for each egg white.

   Pour chocolate mixture in pie crust; top with meringue and bake until brown in 250u00b0 oven.
