Ingredients: 12 lb ground pork; 12 lb ground beef; ½ cup dry breadcrumbs; ½ cup condensed milk or ½ cup half-and-half cream; 1 small onion, finely chopped; salt and pepper; ½ cup ketchup; ¼ cup chili sauce; 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard; 1 garlic clove, chopped (I use more cause I love garlic!); 2 teaspoons butter; 2 drops Tabasco sauce (or more, to taste!); 2 tablespoons brown sugar; salt and pepper

Servings: persons

12 lb ground pork
12 lb ground beef
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
½ cup condensed milk or ½ cup half-and-half cream
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, chopped (I use more cause I love garlic!)
2 teaspoons butter
2 drops Tabasco sauce (or more, to taste!)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper

Mix all of the meatball ingredients together and form into small meatballs.

Place in a baking dish and set aside.

Preheat oven at 325F.

Mix all of the sauce ingredients, cook (bring to a boil) on stove top for a few minutes.

Put sauce on top of the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Serve on top of cooked rice.

SPECIAL NOTE: The sauce may be doubled if you like a lot of it on your rice -- again, adjust this recipe to your personal liking after trying it once as-is -- there's not one recipe that I haven't adapted to make it my own!
