Smalandsk Ostkaka(Cheese Cake)

   Stir the cottage cheese by hand or with mixer until granular. Add the flour, eggs, sugar, cream and almonds.

   Mix well.

   Grease a 10-inch fluted pie pan or an 8-inch square baking pan.

   Pour in the mixture and bake at 350u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

   Garnish with whipped cream and jelly.
