While heating olive oil in a large skillet, chop onion and peppers into bite size pieces.

Add both to pan and cook until tender, adding garlic about halfway through.

Remove vegetable mixture from pan and add to crockpot.

Drain extra oil from the skillet and add ground beef.

Mix in worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, red pepper and italian seasoning.

While beef is browning, add beans, tomatoes and bay leaf to the crockpot.

When the beef is cooked through, drain extra fat and add to crockpot, with rest of the ingredients.Cook at least 5 hours on medium.

Remove bay leaf before eating.

Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Top with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
