Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham and Potatoes

   Cut the medium-sized potatoes and the boneless ham into bite-sized cubes.

   Slice the onion into thin strips.

   In a bowl, whisk together the soups.

   Place half of the potatoes, ham and onion into the crockpot.

   Season with just a little bit of salt and a dash of pepper.

   Remember that the ham will already give quite a bit of salt to the dish, so be careful not to over salt.

   Now add half of the soup mixture.

   Repeat the layers.

   Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3 4 hours.

    This dish is so filling and satisfying on a cold day.
