   Make a paste with the garlic in a mortar and pestle.

   In a bowl, add the ground beef, beaten egg, garlic paste, a pinch of ground nutmeg, and bacon. Mix everything together by hand.

   Pinch off 12 sections and roll them into balls slightly larger than the rolls. Flatten a bit.

   Grill the hamburgers and salt to taste when done.

   Slice the rolls and add the grilled hamburgers, topping with whatever you like.
