Stir together Greek yoghurt, whipped cream, vanilla essence and strawberries in a bowl until combined.

Put the bowl in a freezer for around 45 minutes stirring once in between

While the mixture is setting line a pan with a aluminum foil.

Place 9 graham cracker halves in the bottom of the pan.

Pull the sides of the foil up around the graham crackers so the filling will stay contained on the top.

Once the filling is thick pour it on the graham cracker squares. Use a spatula to spread the filling evenly.

Add more 9 graham crackers on top of the filling. Place a plastic wrap on top of the pan and place it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours.

You can also store these treats in a zip lock bag for a month.
