1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. margarine or butter

1/2 lemon
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. drained capers
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
