Servings: persons

1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 c. extra wide noodles
2 tsp. basil leaves
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. can tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat in margarine.

Sprinkle with half the sauce mix. Spoon cottage cheese over meat.

Top with layer of uncooked noodles and sprinkle with remaining sauce mix, basil, parsley and salt.

Pour juice over mixture making sure all is moistened. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Sprinkle cheese over top.
