Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, Boneless & Skinless; 1 onion, Chopped; 1 green bell pepper, Chopped; 1 red bell pepper, Sliced; 1 tablespoon dried celery flakes; 4 tablespoons butter; ½ teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon pepper; ¼ teaspoon rubbed sage; ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning; 2 (1 ounce) packages chicken gravy mix; 2 cups cold water

4 chicken breasts, Boneless & Skinless
1 onion, Chopped
1 green bell pepper, Chopped
1 red bell pepper, Sliced
1 tablespoon dried celery flakes
4 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon rubbed sage
¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 (1 ounce) packages chicken gravy mix
2 cups cold water

Cut each Breast in half.

Melt Butter in heavy skillet.

Add Onions, Peppers & Celery to the skillet.

Saute on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add Chicken pieces to the skillet.

Season with Salt, Pepper, Sage & Poultry Seasoning.

Depending on the thickness of your Breasts, you will want to saute the Chicken for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side.

Whisk 2 cups cold Water with the 2 packages of Chicken Gravy Mix until smooth.

Add gravy mixture to the skillet when the Chicken is half done.

Bring to a fast boil over medium high heat.

Reduce heat and simmer until Chicken is done and gravy is desired thickness.
