1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. oil
2 pound sirloin, cubed
3/4 c. broth (beef)
3/4 c. red wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1/2 onion (minced)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
Noodles

Saute/fry mushrooms in butter, put in 3 qt casserole.

Brown meat in oil.

Combine 1/2 of broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onions.
