In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar and the brown sugar until creamy. Add 2 of the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla and mix well. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Reserve 3/4 cup of the batter.

Spread remaining batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with pecans and white morsels, then drizzle with caramel. Beat the remaining egg and reserved batter in the same large bowl until light in color. Stir in semi-sweet morsels. Spread evenly over the caramel topping.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Let cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
