Simply Butterscotch Cookies

   1. Beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, 3 minutes.

   2. Add eggs and vanilla and beat it.

   3. Throw in the flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until incorporated.

   4. Stir in the butterscotch chips.

   5. Scoop rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or in convection oven at 365 for 10 minutes.
