Simple Yogurt Cream in the Microwave

   Sift the powder ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl.

   Add the milk a little at a time while beating with a whisk.

   Stir the sugar into the mixture from Step 1 well and wrap in cling film.

   Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes then mix well once more.

   Stir in the yogurt and place the mixture back in the microwave for a further 2 minutes.

   Stir the mixture well, and lastly add in the lemon juice.
