Simple Pasta Carbonara

   Cook spaghetti according to packet directions.

   Drain and return to saucepan.

   Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion and bacon until onion is soft.

   Stir in milk, cheddar cheese / cornflour blend and heat gently for 4 - 5 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.

   Mix sauce through pasta, reheat gently and serve.
