Ingredients: 1 pack of Doritos (nachos) cheesy kind; 1 cup of sour cream; 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning; 1 ice berg lettuce; 1/2 red onion diced; 1 0r 2 avocados diced; 3/4 red capsicum chopped finely; 1/2 carrot chopped very thin (optional); 7 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters; 1 strand spring onion; 2 cups of cheese or how ever much you prefer

1 pack of Doritos (nachos) cheesy kind
1 cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
1 ice berg lettuce
1/2 red onion diced
1 0r 2 avocados diced
3/4 red capsicum chopped finely
1/2 carrot chopped very thin (optional)
7 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
1 strand spring onion
2 cups of cheese or how ever much you prefer

Wash lettuce, cut into mouth size peices, add to bowl

Chop Onion, carrot, capsicum and a few cherry tomatoes - add to bowl and toss

Dice avocado and layer on top

Grate cheese and layer on top

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together and layer it on top of cheese

Crumble Doritos/Nachos on top of sour cream, how ever much you please.

Add tomatoes and spring onion on top or decorate it however you desire
