Simple & Easy To Remember Udon Noodle Soup

   Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.

   Add 1 packet of preboiled udon noodles, and bring to a boil agin.

   Add some tororo konbu seaweed, sliced green onion or leek, simmered aburaage etc.

   as toppings and enjoy.

   In the Kansai region, we have rice with udon.

   You can serve a rice bowl or onigiri rice balls with the udon, but if you serve inari sushi as the rice dish it becomes a lunch that both children and adults love.

   My inari sushi filling is very simple.

   I mix Sushinoko (a sushi rice seasoning powder) with plain rice to make the sushi rice, and just mix in some sesame seeds and red pickled ginger.
