Simple and Sweet Pork

   Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

   Pour olive oil into a skillet over medium-high heat.

   Once the oil is hot, add the pork and cook them until brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.

   You may add any other seasonings you like.

   While they are cooking, prepare the sauce.

   Simply mix the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Karo syrup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

   Sample the sauce and add/change it to your taste.

   My family likes it this way.

   I usually heat the sauce in the microwave for a minute and put the sauce on the table for everyone to pour over the meat as they prefer.

    When the chops are done, plate them and serve.
