Simple and Easy Drained Tofu

   Make two approximately 2 cm cuts on the plastic packaging with a knife (the space where the tofu barely touches the edges of the package).

   Drain the water by standing the package next to your sink.

   Because the side of the tofu package is corrugated, the water pours out easily.

   I leave it for about 30 minutes like this even in the summertime.

   I also tried putting the tofu in a bowl and then placing it in the fridge to drain.
